Streetline is looking for a high-energy product manager who is eager to work on the innovations that will drive the next phase of our growth.  You will deliver tools and process improvements which enable our internal teams to operate more efficiently and support transformational customer experiences at scale. Your objective will be to make the internal team experience efficient and effective throughout the end-to-end customer delivery process. You will take ownership of what we develop and why, partnering tightly with our operations, customer support, customer success and sales teams to ensure they are fully optimized. You will push the boundaries of what our team is capable of delivering.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for how we improve the use of various internal smart parking deployment and management tools across the company
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap – balancing new features, new partner integrations, and updated process enhancements
  • Lead iteration planning, prioritizing and grooming backlog and prioritizing defects.
  • Present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Responsible for communicating product solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders; including knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of features.
  • Evaluate potential partners for their ease of integration and potential business impact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science or Business preferred), MBA is a plus
  • 3-4 years experience in a software development role with preference for developing platform components/APIs, including conceptualizing, defining and launching cloud-based/SaaS applications
  • Strong candidates with integration technology experience is a must
  • Solid tech savvy. Deeply technical through education or experience. You can contribute meaningfully to complex systems and are credible with technical audiences. You’re always curious and picking up on the latest tech solutions, apps and media
  • Global mindset. You’ve built products with a global user base.
  • Execution-focused. You deliver measurable results for both users and the business. You’ve worn Product Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance hats whenever needed, even if those functions weren’t in your title.
  • Data Driven. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests.
  • Ability to think big and small. You are just as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow, and you know when to do which.
  • Product intuition. You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a best-in-class product. You make simplifications where possible to deliver a minimum viable product or feature, and build up functionality from there in an iterative fashion.
