Norman Mineta
Secretary Norman Y. Mineta served as United States Secretary of Transportation from 2001 to 2006. For almost thirty years, Mineta represented San Jose, California, first on the City Council, then as Mayor, and then from 1975 to 1995 as a Member of Congress. Secretary Mineta is currently vice chairman of Hill & Knowlton.
Donald Shoup
Dr. Shoup is Professor of Urban Planning at UCLA, and is recognized as the world’s foremost authority on parking policy and management. His recently published book, The High Cost of Free Parking, has been praised as a blueprint for better parking management and land use.
Paul A. Toliver
Mr. Toliver has thirty-four years of executive experience in the transportation industry, including Director of the King County DOT, Transit Director for Seattle Metro, Deputy GM for the San Francisco MUNI, and AGM for Operations for the New Orleans Regional Transportation Authority. He is a former member of the board of ITSA, Vice President of APTA, and President of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials.
Tod Dykstra
Tod Dykstra founded Streetline in 2005 with the vision to improve the quality of life in cities through technology he and his partners developed at Dust Networks. Under his direction, Streetline quickly became a leader in Smart Parking solutions, and with its patented sensor network technology, continues to pioneer connecting the physical world to smart applications that can be used by cities, consumers, and parking providers of all types.
